About Malibu

Malibu has 26 miles of coastline.  Which means 26 miles of beautiful beaches and bluffs where your mind can travel to the far corners of the world.  Just when you think you've seen the best of Malibu....it rains and you see a DOUBLE rainbow over the Pacific and it washes over you.....letting your cares drift away.

Go to be beach alone or with friends and family....but no matter whether alone or among those you love....you will experience a sense of peace.  A feeling of belonging...to a larger family...a universe, and all that it has to offer.  I believe that Malibu has some of the best of what life has to offer.  Here, EVERY dream is a possibility.  But, Malibu is a state of mind....a way of living that you can have anywhere.

As perfect as Malibu sounds....it's not really about a "perfect life"...it's about quality of life.  Having the things around you that make you FEEL good can make all the difference.  Let's face it, nothing and no one is perfect.  We all have our good and bad days.  The purpose of Malibu Confidential is to give you products to make your good days GREAT and your bad days better!

Driving down they coast in Malibu you will see surfers all the way.  Check to see if the surf's up in Malibu....or just click to see the sunset!  The best surfing in Malibu is Surfrider Beach.

Part of the Malibu lifestyle is the outdoor life....and you can enjoy it all year round.  Biking, hiking, swimming, surfing, etc., are all just part of the landscape here.  No wonder you see so many fit bodies here.  The Santa Monica Mountains are a favorite of hikers.....but, be prepared for views that will take your breath away.

A drive up to Zuma Beach and you'll be able to catch a volley ball game.  They have nets for every level so you can join a game if you like.  Zuma (as it is called) is a favorite weekend getaway after a long week  of sitting in the Los Angeles TRAFFIC!

Yes, the traffic in Los Angeles is the one thing that you really do have to get used to (that is, if you ever have to leave Malibu)....a little aromatherapy in the car....good music on the radio and maybe even sometimes a good book will get you through it.  Keeping a sense of humor, above all, is key!

It does seem like a small price to pay for living in one of the most beautiful places on earth!
